Working principle

The seat belt has a clamp inside the device, and if the seat belt is pulled quickly, such as in the case of a car accident, the clamp inside will be pulled out by centrifugal force due to the rapid rotation of the seat belt roller, quickly

Lock the seat belt and secure the person in the seat to the chair. Once the peak of the impact has passed, or the person is already protected by the airbag, the seat belt is relaxed so as not to compress the ribs. From the above series of actions to achieve the purpose of ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers.

Common types of seat belts:

1. Two-point seat belt

2. Three-point seat belt

3. Five-point seat belt

4, six-point safety belt (racing)

5, zero pressure smart seat belt

Use

To ensure the correct fitting position, tie the lap section of the waist belt under the pelvis, and the shoulder belt can not be tied to other parts before hanging the chest. A seat belt can only be used by one person.

The seat belt cannot be screwed up for use. Wearing heavy clothing may cause seat belts to be incorrectly positioned. Do not allow the belt to rub against sharp edges.

Do not tilt the seat back too much, or the belt will not extend or shorten properly.

Do not press the seat belt against very hard or fragile items, such as glasses, pens and keys in clothing.

If the belt has been subjected to a severe impact, even if it is not damaged, the assembly should be replaced. Safety belts should be checked regularly for wear and tear, and damaged parts should be replaced.

When the seat is empty, the seat belt should be fully returned to the retractor so that the latch is in the collection position to avoid bumping the latch against the object during emergency braking.

The seat belt can be washed with soft soap and water with a cloth or sponge. Do not use dye and bleach on the seat belt, it will reduce the strength of the seat belt.
