1. Composition of forklift seat belt.
Webbing is the main body of the safety belt, in addition to requiring it to have sufficient strength, the webbing must also have good wear resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, water resistance and fade resistance, in addition, there are specific requirements for the elongation and energy absorption characteristics of the webbing, which is to ensure that the safety belt acts to restrain the human body moving forward in a collision accident. It will not hurt the body of the restrained person due to the webbing, nor will it collide with the internal parts of the body due to the excessive movement of the driver of the elastic ambassador forklift truck.
It uses nylon, polyester and polyester ribbons and other synthetic fibers to weave into a width of about 50mm and a thickness of about 1.2mm, which has sufficient strength, elongation and energy absorption performance. There are clear regulations for different belts with different technical performance indicators, and they can be used in accordance with the regulations. The role of the winder is to store the webbing and lock the webbing out, which is the most complex mechanical part of the safety belt.
The winder is equipped with an inertial sensing element and a ratchet pawl mechanism or a locking mechanism. When the forklift truck is running normally, the winder can make the webbing freely expand with the movement of the user's body with the help of the coil spring, and will not slack the webbing. However, in the event of emergency braking, collision or sharp changes in the driving state of the vehicle, the sensitive element in the winder will drive the locking mechanism to lock the reel, so that the webbing is fixed in a certain position, and bear the load placed on the webbing by the user's body.
It is also the most used seat belt retractor on the seat belt market. The installation fasteners are the ear pieces, plug-ins and bolts connected with the car body or seat components. The comprehensive installation position and fastness will directly affect the protection effect of the safety belt and the comfort of the forklift driver. Therefore, the installation position and installation standards of the safety fasteners are also clearly stipulated in various countries.
For example, the safety belts used in imported and domestic forklifts must meet the international 8854/98 and 8853/98 or the domestic 3C mandatory technical certification standards. The safety belt of forklift trucks must be equipped with a red button release system.
2. Installation of forklift safety belt.
In order to fully play the role of forklift belts, we need to pay attention to the following matters when installing forklift belts.
2-1, waist ribbon installation, it should be noted that the two fixed points of the ribbon should be high on the ground of the forklift body, the seat skeleton or the side wall of the forklift body. The position of the fixing point on the floor is related to the driver's hip point on the seat. The Angle between the fixed point of the waist webbing and the side line of the H point and the level reference of the forklift body should be 450 as far as possible. In addition, the fixed position of the safety belt of the forklift must be firmly locked, and the steel sheet of the safety belt must be at least 3MM thick.
2-2, shoulder webbing installation. The distance between the fixed point and the center line of the seat shall not be less than 140mm.
2-3, installation of accessories. The proper installation position of the accessories is one of the important conditions to determine whether the forklift belt can play an effective role. The transverse distance between the two lower mounting accessories shall not be 350mm, and the distance between the two mounting accessories from the center line of the seat shall be as equal as possible.
