Production details

Our UTV seat belts are made from high-strength automotive steel, which undergoes the most advanced bainite heat treatment process to effectively ensure product strength. During the stamping process, we use an integral stamping technique to guarantee consistency in the product. The plastic is selected from high-quality engineering plastics to ensure durability. The webbing is made of high -strength nylon fabric with static pull Above 20,000 N, and conduct colorfastness tests, wear resistance tests, and flame retardancy tests on it. The safety belt is equipped with a plug lock that undergoes no less than 10,000 fatigue tests to ensure the products service life. Therefore, it can be used normally in environments with high humidity, high UV light, and high corrosiveness.
